Detroit EM Kevyn Orr was the topic of conversation across social media and websites this past weekend, due to comments that were made in a recent interview with the Wall Street Journal. In the article Orr was quoted saying that Detroit was lazy among other comments. Below is an excerpt of the WSJ article:

Much of Detroit's dysfunction is also due to simple complacency. "For a long time the city was dumb, lazy, happy and rich," he explains.
