Christian family values leader: Obamacare 'a flesh eating bacteria'

that 'threatens the very life of our Republic'

OK then, Tony. These guys couldn't get any more insane if they tried.

A coalition of organizations including the Family Research Council (FRC) held a news conference on Capitol Hill today, calling on Speaker of the House John Boehner (R-OH) and Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-VA) to add conscience protections to must-pass legislation concerning health insurance and to defund Obamacare. A letter was also to House leadership calling for religious freedom protections.

<snip>

Tony Perkins, FRC's president, characterized Obamacare during today's press conference as "a flesh-eating bacteria" that discriminates against religious employers and "threatens the very life of our Republic" (see video embedded below).

"Obamacare is not the typical political virus that we're accustomed to that spreads from Washington,D.C.infecting the body politic. This is a rare strain of 'flesh-eating bacteria' that if not stopped and stopped now threatens the very life of our Republic," Perkins told his audience at the press conference, citing rising costs and the birth control mandate. "This is the greatest threat to faith, family and freedom that our nation has seen in decades," he warned, adding, "We need to drive a stake through the heart of Obamacare and save the American people."

How can you be so full of hate and still claim to follow a faith where love of others is a main tenet?

Flesh eating bacteria? Such imagery, strike terror in the ignorant. Much the same thing they do with their religious beliefs. Spread the fear, manipulate the masses.

Fear being a primal emotion, keep a person in "Flight or Fright" mode, they tend to make lousy decisions. This is pure propaganda. This tactic has been very successful in the past.

Poor person goes to doctor (could not afford this before). Doctor gives poor person flesh-eating bacterial infection as part of clever government plot. Poor person dies leaving untold wealth in the form of unused food stamps.

It's a family values, christian, pro-life dream!
