By now, everyones heard that Jeff Bezos has bought The Washington Post. This is the same Jeff Bezos, of course, who also founded and runs Amazon, a sprawling company that has plenty of policy interests in D.C., as well as a multi-million-dollar lobbying operation.
- Reduction of taxes on corporations
- Maintain their near monopoly on ebooks
- Overturn regulations on corporations
- Obtain massive data collection contracts with the CIA and NSA
- Deny states income
- Prevent unionization of it's workers

And now now they control a hugely influential newspaper.

onehandle

They changed their lobbying tactic, because they were losing the other way.
