With the explosion of cloud technology and advanced analytics, it's suddenly possible to pair the diverse, seemingly-unrelated sets of data to attain mission-driving insights. they will quietly lobby behind the scenes for obscure language as riders on non germain bills to allow (ever expanding) NSA collected data to be used as source analytical input for things like credit reports - all for the 'public good' of course
