Its not a neutral word, though some may not be offended by it depending on where they are coming from its a word that is used in a derogatory way. There are many words for all ethnic groups that seem neutral but can be very bigoted. It seems that for some reason people dont understand that. I got no idea what to say really that people think stuff like the original op is good for society as a whole. Well i am done with it,
