it's a free-for-all in red-controlled states. Of course this right wing democrat feels safe putting this kind of legislation forward. He has thousands of right wing teabaggers to rely on. Unfortunately right wing extremism isn't just a republican and libertarian disease, it can also effect some "conservative" democrats.
I hope America lives through this very dangerous stage we are in because of right wing extremism. Be a shame if Americans are reduced to shedding American blood in a civil war. The right wing would lose again and we would have to begin wholesale re-education of all the morons that have been trained in creationist diseducation and believe in any number of conspiracy theories.
