Good news, a bit. When the fossil-fuel-and-Koch-Brother-funded American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) meets in Chicago this week, they'll have some explainin' to do to their corporate lackeys: Despite having declared their #1 priority to roll back states' clean energy standards via the usual disinformation campaign - including model legislation charmingly dubbed the "Electricity Freedom Act" - they failed to do so in every state they hit. Of course, they're still at it. More on what they tried to do, why and where it failed, what corporations are still listening (or not), and what comes next.
