Actually, it's absurdity of the highest level.
It may be one of the clearest, most ever-present examples of woman-hating currently available to the general public.

Anyway, faces are indeed one of the most sexual parts of the body. Yet they remain legal.

On both males and females.

(9,077 posts)But that's a Femen protester, she's not being arrested for being topless. There are several You Tube videos of topless women activists in New York, (NSFW) that you can find easily.
Edit to add one that's OK:

(42,239 posts)There are some local laws within some of the states of Germany.
Without searching I guessed this must be a Femen protest and that the arrest wasn't solely for being topless.
As mentioned elsewhere above this was a protest against a visiting head of state . Had this been a guy I'm sure the end result would've been exactly the same.
On the subject in general - this year London had its 10th annual cycle ride and I'm not aware of any arrests. However there may have been detentions/arrests at an Olympics Femen anti Islam protest which wouldn't have been for being topless - hate speech is an offense in its own right here in the UK.
Femen is a Ukraine based franchise which won't employ fat women and even deters other from wearing tight clothes which make them look fatter than they really are. Not sure how that helps the feminist cause.
