George Zimmerman's brother not sure if strangers want to return his wallet or kill him

‘I’m not sure how to trust’: George Zimmerman’s family forced into isolation

http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2013/aug/4/im-not-sure-how-trust-george-zimmermans-family-for/

Soon after his brother George Zimmerman was acquitted in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin, Robert Zimmerman Jr. revealed last week that their family is forced to live in isolation for fear of those still angry with the verdict.

“You don’t know if some one stops you in public and says, ‘excuse me, sir,’ you don’t know if you dropped your wallet, or if someone recognizes you and wants to kill you,” he told Breitbart News in an exclusive interview.

The Zimmerman family has been living in complete isolation since the verdict, only leaving the house when it’s absolutely necessary.

“It taxes everyone’s mind, knowing you have to stay in touch and in constant communication because of the threats,” Mr. Zimmerman told Breitbart. “Are we doing everything to stay alive at home, and if any of us have to leave, are we doing everything we can to support each other?

There's so much truth behind what you've posted. He got away with murder. He knows it. His loud-mouthed brother knows it. Mommy and Daddy know it. Trayvon's parents know it.

I think my favorite part of the trial was the manner in which O'Mara and his team attempted character assasination on a corpse. This fucker must sleep very soundly every night, on a big stack of cash.

I think the Zimmerman brothers are extremely unpopular, due to a direct result of their own words and / or actions, and if they have a fear of the public, they planted the seeds.

If I went on TV and talked trash in teh same manner as Robert Zimmerman, I'd probably be concerned for my safety, too.

Agreed, the Zimmerman parents acted like Zimmerman's parents and his brother acted like an asshole. And when assholes go out in public, sometimes people say "There goes the asshole." If that's Robert Zimmerman's future, he created it.

You say he is guilty because of a lack of his mother speaking out, while so many demand she not speak out to show respect for the Martin family. You can't have both.

... that any reasonable juror would expect and overall disregard a defense of their son. In the same vein they will look strongly and negatively upon a lack of a defense.

I think if Zimmerman's mother hadn't come out and said she believed him it would have been damning. Not to mention the fact that she probably believes his version over the Martin family and thus is justfied in expressing her position even if it causes the Martins emotional turmoil.
