North Carolina Poster Child For Permanent GOP Totalitarian Rule - Coming To A State Near You.

It will be more than voter ID in North Carolina. We will most likely see Ku Kux Klan types in minority districts physically stopping minorities from voting and there will be almost no voting machines in all the right places.

The GOP has not given up on being the only party in the US. They are determined to guarantee that only white GOPPERS can vote easily. Voter suppression will be the law of the land if they get their way. Voter ID is a step toward a national ID card that they were against until they decided the an ID card is a way of taking over completely.

Papers please?

Apply online for liberal/progressive news media credentials as polling monitors for specific polling places (pick your favorite).

Video record everything about them, make sure they see you make video recordings. Record their cars and license plates. Record the polling place set ups. Interview everybody leaving the polling place. Cram transparency up their asses.

My father-in-law ran for sheriff in a primary in south central Kentucky many years ago. The voting irregularities were amazing. Paying people to vote, intimidation of blacks and other practices were just common practice there. It will be much worse in the future. And the fundy churches down their preach every week about a Christian based government replacing the Constitution. They really do believe the Bible must replace our government.

Lubbock Tx, Biloxi Mi, and Selma AL, during the sixties, as a transplanted northern Jewish child. Yeah....I get it.

However I think the threat of instantaneous exposure over the web has a good potential to quell a lot of it. Racism doesn't do well in the light of day.

State Senator John McKinney (the minority leader in the state Senate), wanted to put Bridgeport with New Haven (Rosa DeLauro's district). Bridgeport has been part of CT-4 since the founding days of the Republic. Of course, McKinney's scam went no where, since Rethugs are in the minority.
