The fact that we even have soldiers on food stamps is disgusting to me.

Also, quite a few on food stamps (snap) are in the gerrymandering, red-redistricting, and other goper areas. Gopers are gonna hurt their own constituents and they will believe its not their own party doing it but in fact Pres O and the Dems.

As usual, once out of the womb, Recons don't care about anybody - even the vets.
Look up Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans' survey of congressmembers' support for the troups.
The LOWEST Democrat was higher the HIGHEST Recon.

They might have more explanation of the statistic.

I'd love to see the stat for parents who are holding down two or more jobs, and still qualify for assistance. This whole picture painted by the likes of Rep. Gomert, of the people buying king crab legs with their food stamps, has GOT to be put debunked.

And the link says they are junior enlisted with larger than average families that have not yet promoted out of needing assistance.

It doesn't bother me that a very small amount of our servicemen/servicewomen received help, it DISGUSTS me that it could be taken away:

Get it GOP? They need it for the kids, not because they are eating filet every night.

He ranted about people freeloading on food stamps, welfare etc...
This would have been a good kick in the balls for him.
