DU has a community standard that prohibits personal attacks. It's up to juries to decide what is and is not a personal attack.

DU does not have any particular standard regarding the use of profanity. However, any DUer can alert on posts containing it and let a jury make a decision. Generally, DU juries don't hide posts for profanity, though. We're mostly adults, and recognize that some adults use profanity. Regrettable, perhaps, but not against DU community standards.

Calling someone a troll, however, is against those standards. DU is what DU is. If it's not a good fit for you, then leaving is certainly an option that is open to you.

Personal insults are not allowed. Swearing is allowed but not if it's a personal insult against another DUer.
