6. It's important to remember that Stop & Frisks are thinly veiled acts of police intimidation.

The message: "We can wreck your life any time we want."

The fundamental purpose has absolutely nothing to do with safety, and everything to do with racial intimidation and harassment.

Kidnap them and their families at night, transport them to some place with little to no hope of escape, everyone in charge an obviously different skin color except for the occasional white person who acts no differently than they do. Terrorize them, shoot and kill few, children as well, and after a year knock them all out and let them wake up in a park back in Amerika.

That is about as close as you are going to get.

Because it does no good for them to feel "for" you, They must, must, feel "like" you. And without that experience they never will.
