you read Yahoo finance and there is a "market about to crash" article right above a "this is the time to buy" article.

Hard to not think it is all a steaming pile of bullshit.

..... Yeah, probably so. If my thoughts had any effect on things, DICK Cheney and Lloyd Blankfein would have spontaneously combusted LONG before now.

WalMart have each missed analyst's earning expectations. Right now, markets seem to be in "Buy the rumor, sell the news" mode. Just a guess, though.
