Editors note
By Washington Post Editors, Published: August 15 at 11:16 am
The Washington Post Web site was hacked today, with readers on certain stories being redirected to the site of the Syrian Electronic Army. The group is a hacker collective that supports Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.
The Post is working to resolve the issue.

(4,062 posts)Time to start divesting and not depending on it so much.
It is a beautiful, sunny day out right now. And the NSA can't record how much I enjoy it (till I just wrote about it here of course).

That doesn't mean other methods shouldn't be developed.

(12,132 posts)after years of TV and internet lethargy I've decided to try getting back into my artistic side...I've bought some leather working tools and started practicing that, I've been looking at compressors for air-brushing, I've been taking a lot more photos both with my "good" camera and just my phone, I'm looking into basic building techniques as I want to build a bar around a Whiskey mirror I found in an antique store while on vacation last month...I'm glad I have the internet to do research to help keep me from screwing up my projects too much but I think it will be better for me all around to put the laptop down and go out and do stuff...except at work - I still need to read DU ya know.
