So . . . . In this game you have to pick one . . . .

. . . . . An enemy . . . . Or a traitor.

I understand you don't wish to pick either one, but let's say you have to. Do you pick the enemy you know so well you feel you can keep them in check. Or do you pick the one with whom you still share some commonality but who stabbed you in the back.

So I know what to expect. Nothing worse than a back-stabber. That said, Im not aware of any context attached to this question.

A traitor is worse than an enemy because they know your weakness.

5. that's funny I took enemy to mean a totalitarian government, but that is just my interpretation.

Many of today's so called Democrats are of the very same stripe as the Rockefeller Republicans of my youth. Some of them are pretty famous names.

I'm actually glad you were able to see through my crude ruse. Shows me you're very smart.

You and I may not agree on some things, but you have no right to belittle me for trying to push things back to the left.
