Why won't our security state stop the telemarketers?

They attack our way of life and terrorize our elders.

Can't our safety-industrial-complex see the huge public relations opportunity?

You are either with Us, or you are with the telemarketers.

He did enact the No-Call List which has greatly reduced telemarketing calls.

I wonder if history will judge that more significant than murdering hundreds of thousands for personal profit?

The spammers spoof their way right through the do-not-call list, and use the NSA's own stomping ground telecom infrastructure as an attack vector. You and I might can block numbers and otherwise adapt every other day, but our elders do not want to change their decades-old phone numbers or otherwise spend their precious time engaging this onslaught.

Terrorism is only a concern as it relates to " American (business) " interests. A large part of the spying is really just government subsidized corporate espionage.
