You *must* use peanut oil.

You *must* use, depending on the batch of tenders you wish to make, if we divided it into four parts, about 2 parts flour, roughly one part bread crumbs (I use seasoned) and (here's the *must*) one part powdered sugar. For the 'about' and the 'roughly' part, add a little salt and other seasonings if you feel like it, but the powered sugar is the key

Promise.

take the tenders to the egg wash FIRST, not flour, egg, flour, but egg wash, flour, fryer.

Only at a friend's house who replicated. He swears it's the dill pickle juice.

I have an auto immune disease so I avoid fast food as a general rule. It has zero restorative/body healing properties.

Yet another reason to NEVER EAT THERE. Sugaring meat is an old country trick for making nearly-spoiled and poor-quality meat taste better. Like adding coffee to the juices in a roasting pan to make a better-looking, richer gravy.

And tweaked it a bit more to make it better. Only other difference is that I pan-fry, no deep fryer at home.

I only have a small fryer, and I just got it, but I've used it a lot, and expect to during football season
