According to the military, Manning is required to serve one-third of the sentence before he becomes eligible for parole


Manning will receive a credit of 1,293 days for the time he has been confined prior to the sentence, including 112 days of credit for abusive treatment he was subjected to at the Marine Corps brig in Quantico, Va.

In the military system you get 10 days good time for every month of good behavior. He has already served 3 years so in theory he could get parole after about 9-10 years and if they refused parole he would get out after about 20 years assuming good behavior. He is also eligible to apply for clemency after 1 year and each year following that.

to make sure of that. WE need to write the history on Manning. We also need to shape a Party that does not do everything in its power to crush Truthtellers.(yeah, I'm talking about you, Democrats).
