Traffic came to a standstill as President Obama made an unnannounced visit to Rochester, NY to have lunch on Park Avenue (Magnolia's...good choice, Mr. President)

As his motorcade left the city towards, Buffalo for a speech at UB, all on-ramps to Interstate 90 Westbound were're closed as a result. This was the result...
