Remember the brouhaha over the $2 online payment fee. Well since they retreated from that, they seemed to have found an extra $2 to tack on spread across the various "Fees and Charges" that they never fully explain.
Funny that?

(19,736 posts)...I still like TMobile. They're updating their network and we've never had any trouble with them. Their customer service always bends over backwards for us because we've had them for 13 years.

(4,723 posts)The service itself is fine, and I spend a fraction on the telephone budget. It is expensive to do internet stuff with it, but I don't use it for that anyway. Just calls and text messages.

(4,723 posts)I wish I had gone that route years ago. I haven't done any detailed comparison on savings, but I would say that, right now, that it takes me several months of cell phone use of the "disposable phone" to rack up a month's charges. Results may vary, as they say, but I have NO intention of ever going back to a "plan" format for cell service.
