Just in case anyone wants to know how important the ocean is.

check this out.

It's our roots.

Thanks and this post is not intended to piss anyone off. Just interesting science data in contrast to this post on radioactive tuna.

PS. you have to be a member to read the full article which I've read. All your missing is the data process, numbers, etc.. The summary make the point sufficiently.

And it is worrying that the arctic ice keeps disappearing. Since 1980, 40% of the ice in the poles has been lost.

They want you to pay for some reason but I thought the "in brief" section was enough. I've been a subscriber for a long time so I've read the full article. All your really missing is the tech and data gathering, number, geography, etc.. mostly boring stuff but fascinates me.

I was just trying to make the point that under current data, it seems we're the progeny of the 100 or so people that managed to live during that extinction period and that they ate what seems to be solely and only seafood.

hope that helps.

the fall out across the pacific has been cleaned by the salt water. only the islands have remained contaminated.
the radioactive of the water being released is far more concentrated than the tests

this is a thinning of the herd event.

Curious, do you know how long that period was? From fallout to correction with saltwater. Nutmeg Yankee, on the other thread asserts the rad levels should be back to normal in 200 yrs through self correction.

all the carbon that's trapped in the permafrost will get released as we warm, then it'll be global warming on steroids.

All's I know is we are fucking things up bad and fast. Hope everyone catches up before it's to late. Fucking ignorance, you know what's the bane of all humanity, ignorance.

thanks for chiming in Q.
