Related: Editorials & Other Articles, Issue Forums, Alliance Forums, Region ForumsI am getting paid this Wed. I need to know what people think of the Bluebird Card?
It seems like a good thing, but it is only from hearing from other that you find the truth. So what do those that are using it feel?
ADD) I do like the no minimum, if I read the site right, part since I will probably only have $25 to put on it. Long story...

Changing charges in the middle of the stream ain't cool, so keep all you can, even if you have to bullshit your way through it and say that you don't have it, you lost it, you will have to owe it to them, or whatever.

(50,130 posts)It's called "netspend" and it's just like a regular bank account but there's none of the nonsense involved. You sign up online, and they mail you a debit card. You can transfer directly to netspend from paypal with no fees. And you can upload cash to netspend at many locations including 7-11 for a small fee. Members of my family have been using netspend accounts for about two years now, with no problems at all. You are issued either a mastercard or visa card.
Another advantage is that you can do direct deposit to netspend if you wish.
