1. The so called rebels have shown themselves for who they are time and time again.

Seeing them use a child to behead a soldier taught me all I needed to know about them. Their crimes are many and they are terrorists. The same type of terrorists our department of homeland security exists to defend against.

If there are airstrikes in Syria, let it be against al nursra and their allies.

3. I like how the fearmongers on the Left insist that a very tiny group of AQ extremists

numbering around 5-6 thousand and hanging out at the southern Iraqi border, are going to control a few million Shia. ROFL. And the Iraqis are now sealing the border with the CIA, which means al Nusra and their ilk will be sitting ducks for missile strikes. Two birds with one stone. And no one here should complain if we light up al Nusra, since most of them are remnants of the Iraqi war, the same killers who maimed/killed thousands of our soldiers.

The world is just too complex..

this isn't about a "very tiny group of AQ extremists", but thanks for displaying your abject ignorance of the conflict, dearie.

Do some research. just for once.

you wouldn't grasp complexity if it kicked you in the ass.

""not this moran piece of shit liar again. arrgh. peoples view my ass. fuckwad.""

Now, being Liberal, I never say shit like that to anybody because I'm not afraid. But anywho, back to your post of the evil 'rebels', you basically put all our troops in the same category, as they committed plenty of atrocities in Iraq. Nice. I had a 1st Sergeant at Ft. Bragg who kept pictures of his Vietnamese decapitated heads and human ear necklaces on full display at his desk, but never once was I ever short-sided enough to even consider that he represented all of us.

And then always the AQ references to stoke fear in the wood shed…

and then the same old, tired 'do some research'. Love it.

Well, carry on. It is, to say the least, entertaining.

Things in the ME are so tangled up. At one time I had some hope for peace there. Now I know that there will never be peace.
Prejudices, grudges and hatred gets passed down through the generations.

I'm glad I don't have to decide any of this. I really don't want us to get involved.
