Recalling when Obama asked several EU countries to force down Morales's plane....

The operation went bad, since Snowden wasn't aboard. Obama disappeared into the woods and left those countries to take the heat alone.
I posted at the time that that would not bode well for Obama in the future, when he needed a favor. You just don't burn your partners, and fail to give them legal and political cover.
Well, we're seeing the chickens come home to roost. Obama can't get any international support for his Syria strike. Not a surprise. I'm sure the spying stuff didn't help matters. We are seeing Obama turn toxic, he's going to have a difficult time getting support from now on.

2. You are making an unfounded assumption. On that point alone, your OP is laughable.

The President has a vast security establishment under him, every President has had that. If a request was made and you have no proof that one was made, many people could have made that request below the President.

3. Where is your proof Obama had Morales plane forced down except for some of the posters here?

So much BS around here is being used as "facts" by posters who simply don't like the president no matter what, so they just make shit up. You can tell who they are, they are the ones that are still bitching even after the president decided to take this issue to congress. You just can't please them, no matter what!

12. So, 4 countries independently closed their airspace at the same time?

And a US diplomat shows up at the grounded place by coincidence? LOL!

8. The spying scandal is only in a small group who seems to feed off of misinformation.

Those who continues to rant about "spy scandal" has lost credibility.

9. And you are assuming that Obama really wants to attack Syria because he said so.

Obama or anyone in the US asked ANYONE to deny Morales's plane. In fact, according to his own pilot that opposite was true.

IMHO Morales made it all up - he saw an opportunity for 15 minutes of international fame, and he took it.

The same e-Rag that said Kerry admitted this and threatened Venezuela.

Give it up. Reasonable explanations are usually true. Morales' pilot admitted that they took off without a revised flight plan and scrambled to get clearance for a new one.

The rest may have been caused by an anxiety-driven ambassador. Obama is not the Darth Vader you want him to be.
