19. Actually, I think you could argue that Miller has been quite successful as of late

And he's pretty lucky for it. Showbiz of course has a notoriously high turnover rate and many of his colleagues from the 80s-90s now languish in total obscurity. Since Miller can't act, getting parts in shows and movies isn't really an option for him. It's either this or the casino circuit. He get quite a bit of exposure appearing with O'Reilly and even had a recent comedy special on HBO. That's pretty lucky for a guy that's been around for as long as he has. I agree that he's not as funny as he was 20 years ago, but career-wise, I think he's doing quite well.
