The difference between mainstream Republicans and Democrats
In the aftermath of 9-11 George Bush's popularity peaked in the low 90%s in opinion polls as he garnered the support of most Republicans and Democrats. In the aftermath of the removal of Osama bin Laden President Obama's popularity peaked in the low 60%s. The inference is there are many Republicans who refuse to give him credit for anything.
Kind of a sad and petty bunch...
