a Netflix film recommendation

The Unknown Soldier 2006 NR 96 minutes

Der Unbekannte Soldat (German title)

This documentary focuses on the Wehrmacht Exhibition, which challenged orthodox German views about the regular army's participation in SS atrocities.

Cast:
Hannes Heer, Dr. Dieter Pohl, Myriam Y Arani
Genre:
Documentaries, Military Documentaries, German Movies
This movie is:
Violent, Emotional

The film is all in German, with English subtitles. I highly recommend it.

Very interesting, particularly how the exhibit was received within Germany.

Talk about denial. The evidence seems pretty overwhelming and not forged. The NPD people were really disgusting. I don't envy the conundrum the Germans face with allowing free speech yet dealing with Neo-Nazis.

A very accurate documentary. It's something you must see once...... and I did. I don't want to see it again.
