There's some good stuff over there.. But, I'm Plugging "Better off Ted" instant for the beloved Geeks, Scientists and Corporate Culture folks amongst us in the DU Community.
There's other good stuff in the NETFLIX DU GROUP for DU'ers don't think to check it out on weekends. I've gotten some great Watches and Reviews from there.

(2,952 posts)French series w/subtitles. I am only into the 4th episode of 40, but it is rather entertaining. I just finished the Swedish version of Wallander. Can't figure out why Netflix put up season 2, but no season 1.

Check out the British version with Keneth Branagh, too. Same name, slightly different style, but good.

From what I gather, series 1 has not been offered yet.

(20,886 posts)Can't remember whether I saw series 1 or not.
I have learned that sometimes music is used in a series or an episode to which they don't have streaming rights. That happened in about three episodes of Xena. No poblem for DVDs. They arraign rights in advance, but this streaming stuff, being new, they never thought to arrange rights for that. Therefore, they can't stream those episodes.

(2,952 posts)of Inspector Morse before they pulled it. I found out they put it up in error, as they were only authorized to stream in the UK. Many angry people over that error.
After reading many reviews I found the reason for the disappearance.
