Austerity for the 1%
It makes so much more sense to make the 1% have to suffer austerity than it does to make the rest of the 99% suffer.
We should really make the 1% wear that label by reducing their wealth to 1% of whatever they hold now. Let them feel the pain that they've been making all the rest of us feel, especially since so much of their wealth has essentially been gotten through illegal or immoral ways.
