Andrew Breitbart, the noted Internet publisher and author, has died, according to a source at Big Journalism. He was 43.

A statement posted on his website said that Breitbart died "unexpectedly from natural causes" this morning.

The Los Angeles Coroner's Office confirmed to ABC News Radio that Breitbart died shortly after midnight at UCLA Medical Center.

Damn...booze, cigs, and tons of drugs and partying do tend to age a person.

He was walking excrement with a voice box, but he was also another human being.

I am sad that he died well before his time. I would not wish his fate on anyone on earth, almost. Off the top of my head, those I would wish this fate on include GW Bush, Dick Cheney, Condolezza, Doug Feith, Don Rumsfeld, Gonzales, Ashcroft, Addington, Libby, and Yoo.

Colin barely squeaks out of that bunch, but I would spare his life.

The level of discourse in America just went marginally higher. Now if the same fate would befall Limpballs ....

I won't grieve for either of those sorry fucks.

to be a smelly obnoxious ignorant fool that entertained thousands at the expense of everyday average hard working Americans by smearing them in the national media on unfounded allegation. The final words in that link say it all. Rest in peace you odd little human. He wanted fame at whatever cost and I guess he got it.

Told many lies. Absolutely without morals in his willingness to distort in his hopes to destroy.

Unmourned.

Could be that early heart disease runs in his family, but 43's pretty young for "natural causes".

She was 43 as well.

When I was in graduate school, one of my neighbors from Wisconsin had a stroke and died. I think he was 42 or so. I remember I was 26 at the time, and I thought he was kinda old.

Of course, it sorta seemed that that valley where I lived for a year and had property required the death of a 40 year old every few years. In addition to the aforementioned Ernie Tracy, there was Kurt Peckham 44 (heart attack), Diane Coy 45 (cancer), Steve Karras 42 (heart attack), and Roger Pinkham 42 (car accident). All from that little valley just north of Hub City over about a ten year span. You could almost add Ernie's son in law who died in a snowmobile accident at age 23.

I get very sad when I hear about kids getting blown away in their schools....when young troops are killed while serving...when old people are sick and neglected...when kids are dying of starvation...

When prick assholes like Breitbart die I have no emotion except he won't be taking up any natural resources any longer.

Natural causes? Unexpected?

I think not.

I think the universe finally said, hey Breitbart, we don't need your shit. Time to go.

All that hate inside what passes for a soul finally backed up and choked his ass.
