So what happens to Shirley Sherrod's case now that Breitbart off'ed himself, er, died of natural

causes at the age of 43, and I am all done grieving over it, having learned of it 7 minutes ago.

Was his Occupy rant, where security escorts HIM away, his last public appearance? I think it was.

I don't know what the status of her case is but it would go on. The only thing that ends when a defendant dies is criminal cases.

Why should she do any favors for his family?

And don't say because she's the better person, she's always been the better person!

to allow the civil case to proceed. It would be granted as a matter of course and the case would proceed. You could get to the source of the funding through discovery.
