Texas teabagger doctor defrauds government out of $375 million
Well, well! A Republican doctor from Texas was found to have been defrauding the American people of over $375,000,000 by taking advantage of the Medicare system. Hows that for irony? A Republican taking advantage of a free government program for their own personal gain whod have thunk it?
Dr. Jacques Roy whose name may or may not be a Bond villain would pay homeless people $50 to sign off on documents that gave him and his practice money for that homeless persons supposed healthcare. Since that $50 investment could in some cases return the doctor hundreds of thousands of dollars, Roy was able to rack up nearly $400 million in government money over a course of six years. He was able to buy a boat, several houses, and multiple cars. Heres what else he could have done with the money
Put every child (roughly one million children) in New York City through four years of public high school, food included.
Build three Madison Square Gardens.
Give everyone in America $1.30
Buy two Boeing 777 airliners
Extend Jeremy Lins contract with the New York Knicks for the next 80 years.
