I'm having a pre-noon drink. I've lifted the glass skyward, watched
the lovely spring sunlight dance on my cheap WalMart glass and declared:
Ding Dong the Dick is Dead.
Now, I've never celebrated someone's demise before. I certainly wouldn't
celebrate the gawds-awful life that someone with his illness must have suffered.
HOWEVER: History seems to show that people who suffer AND show compassion
at the same time party harder in the afterlife.
Just one woman's tipsy opinion.
etc., etc., etc.

I almost did.
Then I remembered that I have a child molesting brother in law who is in poor health and who was admitted to the hospital in January for breathing problems.
When I told my kids (41 and 39) they were almost giddy thinking he might die. I couldn't even chastise them. This man hurt LOTS of people.
Personally, I would like to see him suffer a bit more in this life for the things he did. But when he finally goes to wherever people like him go, it's going to be very hard for me to express any kind of sympathy to my sister and her children
And yes...I'll be glad when he's gone. It will mean he'll never again molest another little girl.
So.
I'm not going to piss on any parades here...
