(111,277 posts)1. My boss would be looking for another sucker
because if I got one of those things from some arrogant dirtbag, I'd be out of there so fast the carpeting would catch fire.

(75,480 posts)2. Not as drastic, but I once was told I had to quit a second job I had. I didn't.
I felt what I did in my own time was my business. I was also told to quit smoking although it wouldn't have been a bad thing. I agreed to not smoke on the job, however, I didn't quit smoking on my own time because I was not their 24/7 slave. There were so many other intrusive dictates coming from corporate that had nothing to do with the forty hours a week I was beholden to them, so I ignored them all. None, however, told me what pills or medical devices I could or could not use. Forty years ago this would have been considered unthinkable, even by the most conservative of employers.

(82,849 posts)3. As long as we're writing up stuff . . .
Here's my suggestion:
EMPLOYER AUTHORIZATION FOR BONER-IN-A-BOTTLE PILLS
I have discussed the employee's boner-in-a-bottle options with him, and I verify that his use of these methods (IS / IS NOT) in agreement with my personal beliefs. The employee (DOES / DOES NOT) have my permission to access boner-in-a-bottle pills, including but not limited to Cialis, Viagra and alternatively, certain alcoholic drinks.
This decision is only valid until the next evaluation of the employee's boner-in-a-bottle plans. The next evaluation will occur only after such time as the employee has received a full psychological evaluation concerning his fitness to be a parent, his financial ability to raise a child, and any granting of authorization will be a maximum of one boner-in-a-bottle pill per month, to be dispensed in conjunction with a certification by a licensed medical professional that the employee's wife is in the fertile days of her cycle, because sexual relations for anything other than conceiving a child make me really upset for some reason, but we're not talking about me here.

I don't know why all the bluenoses who are so concerned about women and their SEXYTIME activities aren't similarly concerned about men. I'm absolutely certain that it has nothing whatsoever to do with misogyny, because that would be just so wrong. So, let's not even go there.
