If you were advising Shirley Sherrod and former Acorn People...what would you tell them now?

What would you advise them to do now? Drop the suit? Reconstitute your organization?

Breitbart is gone, so whatever he had to say about it unless recorded is lost-but he didn't act alone in this. I would advise the suit go forward for discovery's sake. The truth, to the extent it can come out needs to.

already put provisions in the suit for Breitbart or his estate in the filing documents. I'd say that it would be best to let the suit go forward as planned. Breitbart's legal counsel can act on behalf of his estate. Breitbart's behavior has harmed living people who still have claims against him. They still have rights.
