I stopped using anything Google long ago. I suggest you do the same.

3. Not being logged in while using their search makes it harder for them.

5. It takes getting used to other search engines, but it can be done.

I use Bing most the time.

Honestly, I do go to Google once in a while, but I never log into their services.

7. I will be using different search engines from now on, and ditching my Gmails shortly.

I really don't love the idea of giving these freaks any more attention.
