Laws are not changed or repealed by holding a government and its people hostage.

There is a process for changing and repealing laws (and this isn't it).

While health care is very important, it really isn't the main issue here (though Republicans are trying to use it to confuse and distract the American people).

Bottom Line: It doesn't really matter what law the Republicans are trying to attack. Chaos would reign if the Democrats conceded to the Republicans.

We do not live in a Banana Republic (though in times like these you have to wonder).

Republicans don't even understand the basics of their jobs. Demanding that the President force the Senate and the rest of the House to do what Republicans want was a losing strategy from the start.

The value of the ACA is irrelevant; it's the underhanded tactics Republicans are using.

Of course it helps to point out that they have had plenty of tries to get this law repealed or defunded through normal legal means - they've taken 42-46 votes. They've had two elections to get larger majorities in the House and take the Senate or the Presidency. They've challenged it in the courts. They've failed.
