And from the time of the Republic's greatest crisis come words from one of the original Republicans to embarrass today's Tea-baggers. Abraham Lincoln's words ring true today as well as yesterday.

I'd say those words have GOT to hurt, except that Tea-publicans practice denialism with history just as much as they do with climate change, hunger, economics, and common sense.

Can you imagine the twirling vortexes of spin-control and denialism that would come if Old Abe's words spread beyond these forums and out where the corporate lamestream media is forced to notice them? I'd enjoy watching McConnell, Gohmert, Lee, Cruz and their ilk trying to wish away the words of that old radical Abraham Lincoln.
