If ACA is so harmful, bring up the Clean CR and let the GOP defeat it
What better way to show the Dems, PBO, and the American people how the GOP is looking out for their interests. Such a defeat would be a clear signal to the Admin that now is the time to negotiate.
Guess that would require the GOP to face their internal issues openly, not bloody likely.
