Thinking about the Exchanges server issues

As much as it is frustrating not to get access now, there will probably be another rush / delay starting December 1 as people realize that they only have 2 weeks to sign up to get coverage starting 1/1/2014. (You can sign up until March, but your coverage will kick in later.)

Think of it like getting a new driver's licence (something I have to do this month). Go the first weekend of the month, or the last weekend of the month, and you will have much longer lines than if you shoot for the middle.

I guess what I'm saying is it's OK to wait a few weeks, or even a month, since coverage doesn't kick in right away anyway.

But don't wait too long! It's will probably get much more crowded again after Thanksgiving.
