"Obama closes ocean" - one of my strangest Google searches ever

An Army buddy of mine (90-93) reposted a Michelle Malkin post about Mt. Rushmore being closed.
The story goes that Park Rangers set up cones (in the one and only spot to see Mt. Rushmore?) to stop people from seeing Mr. Rushmore. There is a picture that accompanies MALkin's post that is making the round in FB and other sites.

To top that story there is also one going around about helicopters (black of course) hanging a giant drape over Mt. Rushmore.

In the post I read a comment "this is almost as bad as Obama closing 1,110 sq. miles of the ocean".

So I had to check that out

The idea that such a drape or that only 2 helicopters could hoist it makes it all the more "special". Skip over the - tied to a sail over a hilltop (wind)element please.
