If Boehner has decided to default rather increase debt ceiling - what should Obama do



Let's say ... Republicans have made a collective decision to jump off a cliff rather accept Obamacare .. what should Obama do?

I chose minting the coin as it seems the least risky legal way around it...

Ignoring the Debt ceiling voilates at least one law

Since Section 4 of the 14th Amendment states that the validity of the public debt cannot be questioned, the President has a case declaring the debt ceiling unconstitutional.
