(30,058 posts)five minutes. It was terrible to them Jack Lew did not know how many had signed up for Obamacare and he did not answer the question because he did not want all to know Obamacare is such a failure and there are not any who are signing up. Washington State seems to be offering lots of options, here in Texas our brilliant Perry had an OOPS moment and did not set up a state exchange. It was probably because the GOP bunch in charge in Texas does not have the ability to get the exchange set up. One thing about this is if the federal exchange is successful it will probably lead to national health insurance program.
My friend was injured while visiting in France. She went to a doctor who x-rayed her ankle and determined it was broken, she saw a orthopedic, had a cast placed and was leaving in two hours. She returned to the US and it was eleven days before she was able to get an appointment with an orthopedic, had to change to another orthopedic in order to get the care she needed. Time elapsed, two months after she returned to the US, now tell me where you have to wait in order to get health care, it is the US.

(24,438 posts)that President Obama didn't know either and derided me as an "Obamabot" for suggesting that the numbers just might not be in yet. Given the overwhelming demand, I'm sure that it will take some time to get a headcount don't you think?
