Was Darrell Issa kidnapped by aliens?

was wondering what came of his promised lifting the curtain on how "Washington" (choosing his words carefully) was going to be tied directly to the tea party IRS "scandal".

Been rather silent since then, hasn't he?

Just a day or so ago he petitioned a federal judge to recall to work the attorneys and staff involved in his case vs Holder and the DoJ. The judge smacked him down saying his case had no more priority than any of the other federal cases delayed by his shutdown.
