I have been having issues logging into Healthcare.gov.
Today, after I read the whole "they're working on it in earnest" information, I decided to clear my cache (the whole thing: history, passwords, etal) and I was able to get through to the site. Loading of pages is slow, but that is a small price to pay to maybe have health insurance again for the first time in 4 years. If not me, hopefully my son (since ACA knocks him off the only kind of coverage (temporary) that I was able to procure for him).

If they'd designed the site properly, though, that shouldn't be necessary.
