What Democrats Want

Democrats want the world economy to function and for the USA to not go into a nose-dive recession and for the US dollar to continue to be considered a sound currency.

The Republicans have differing priorities and do not desire those things. The world economy not collapsing is, to them, a hardship. A sacrifice. Giving something up that is dear to them.

Now, having established that Democrats, and only Democrats, want those things, what should Democrats give up to achieve those singularly Democratic priorities?

It seems obvious to me that the global economy collapsing half-way is the only true compromise between the two positions.

I think the Republicans should explicitly put that on the table as their demand—at least half of a global economic collapse.

(Or, of course, shut their fat fucking mouths forever, which would also be acceptable.)
