Look no further than small town politics where a bunch of fuckwads hold sway over their small communities and dole out bones to their constituents while they sup at the fat end of the table. Then they show up in Washington as nascent infants bringing their fucked up attitudes into the People's House and expect the same deference they receive in their backwater shitholes.

As far as I'm concerned, these fuckstains should receive 4/5 of a full vote if the district they represent falls under one of three criteria: a minimum threshold population, they collect more in federal revenue than they contribute or if their average gross income is below a national norm.
