Trouble with benefit card

Is anyone else having a problem using a government benefit card or food stamp card? I tried to access the fund on my Mom's card yesterday but it was declined even though there is money on there. And food stamp cards were rejected all day at work...

and was puzzled when I saw several loaded shopping carts being emptied out by clerks. This was happening up by the cash registers. Now this explains the issue.

Lot's of good eats like milk, eggs, bread, chicken, canned goods. Food we all need!
