I Will Be Really Pissed If A Negotiated Deal Gets Cut And The Repugs Gloat That They Pulled One...

over on the Dems and the President. We have a chance to break the camels back here. We can neuter the Tea Party if the Dems and the President hold to their demands that we end the government shutdown and we make a long term extension of the debt ceiling so that we don't have to face the same crisis again every 6 weeks with increasing demands by the Repugs everytime. We need to end this damaging merry-go-round we're in and begin to do the things to bring this economy back to pre-BushCo levels.

If we give up too much for ending this - will just be here again in a short time.

The rebubs approval numbers are dropping by the minute. No reason at all for the Dems to cave.

The repubs will gloat and claim victory. Who cares! I think most of the country, including a good percentage of republicans are on to them. It's not about winning...it's about what's best or the country.

As we move foreward with Obamacare and people like it...the repubs will look more and more ridiculous. When a good portion of them lose their seats next fall...they won't be gloating!!

...in the end, its going to be the budget that Boehner and Reid agreed to before the nut job faction got involved. And they will all say "see we got them to cut the budget! We win!!" Nevermind the fact that their theatrics will get them nothing else than what they would have had already. But they will claim a victory none the less.
